I also attached some information about Sean’s father. I must say that it is no coincidence that Sean was a master of music. His father Calvin Jackson was a well known pianist, composer, and bandleader in Hollywood musicals and television, where his work was nominated for and Oscar. . . . .

From a very early age, Sean would hear a song on the radio and then get on the piano and play it without missing a note. He was sometimes referred to in Eugene as Sean “Jukebox” Jackson, which tells us all we need to know about his incredible ability to understand the music, add it to his repertoire, and play it to perfection.

Sean also loved sports and would be happy to tell you how your team is doing this season. He loved his family and friends with the same passion and commitment as he did the music he held so dear to his heart. He is missed and he will never be forgotten. Ian Martin
